More than 20 staff from Ping Tai Rong Catering Company came to Xincheng Xiguo Family Farm Base to participate half day outdoors training themed “Gather Strength to Work Together” on May 9th, 2018.   Guided by a coach, trainees were divided into two groups to play games called “Evolution” and “Icebreaking” for creating communicational opportunities and building team spirit. Then, another two games named “Challenging 150” and “Speed up 60s” were organized. It was helpful for them to promote team executive abilities.Through such intense and simulative outdoor training, everyone felt the importance of teamwork and communication as well as the true meaning of “Responsibility, Cooperation and Confidence”. Furthermore, they also understood the responsibilities which were carried on their shoulders.The next morning, second round training titled as “Service Consciousness and Etiquette Lecture” was held at PTR group headquarter. With many years of rich experience in etiquette training, Mrs. Gong, a senior etiquette trainer, gave them a vivid and interesting course.She stated that the most important thing about service is to accept it from heart and always keep it in mind. As for etiquette, she added, it not only reflects in service but also permeates in daily life. In the middle of training, Mrs. Gong demonstrated standard gesture over and over again and corrected for staff one by one.     After training, everyone expressed that they learned so many practical knowledge about service and etiquette, which was very helpful for improving self image as well as company’s; therefore they can offer a better high quality service for customers. 

Ping Tai Rong Group organized female employees and crew’s wives to  have a three-day tour in Hengdian, Jinhua during March 10th to 12th to enjoy the  Women’s Day in this warm sunny fragrant season. The first scenic spot of this tour was Hengdian New Yuanming Palace  which was based on the Imperial Palace’s design but created into a splendid  cultural park integrated with Chinese and world’s multi-culture character,  embracing oriental and western outstanding art of gardening. The magnificent  palace hall, the small but exquisite pavilions and attics, green and lushly  plant and lifelike animal specimens’ house, as well as heart-shocking  live-action performance, all deeply attracted everyone. The “Burning Of The Imperial Palace” live show was a historical  crossing visual feast which inspired all the audiences’ patriotism.After leaving Hengdian New Yuanming Palace, all the ladies took a  ride to Wu Zhou ancient city to visit “Site of King Shiwang's Residence of the  Taiping Heavenly Kingdom” and “Eight Chant Tower” to feel the lingering charm of  ancient palace and culture beauty.On the third day, they paid a visit at the famous Jinhua Double  Dragon Cave. Various shapes of stalactites sparkling in multicolored lamps  shooting showed dozens of sceneries like “The Yellow Dragon Spiting Water”,  “Upside Down Hanging Bats”，“Iridescent Clouds Cover the Moon” and so on.  Everybody was intoxicated with the natural uncanny  workmanship.Three-day’s journey brought great joy to all and also let them feel  the concern and attention from PTR Group. This Woman’s tourist activity is an  essential part of our enterprise cultural construction. We believe we can hold  this activity better and better in the future, taking female employees and  crew’s families to visit more tourist attractions.     

   Labor Union of Ping Tai Rong Group organized its employees to watch “Amazing  China” on the evening of 22nd, March.     The film profoundly shows our country’s great development and  achievements since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party, as well as  the important discourse about Chinese-style socialism proposed by General  Secretary Xi Jinping in the 19th National Congress reporting in an all-round  perspective. This movie intensively represents our nation’s great success in the  form of documentary from several contents, including “Dreams Come True” Project,  Innovation Driven Development Strategy, Coordinated Development, Green China,  Well-off Life Sharing and China Openness. It manifests our national economic  strength at the same time reflects hard-working, fearless, proactive and  pioneering spirit of Chinese people.     Strong sense of honor,  pride and mission has been stimulated, for every glorious frame displays China’s  power and carries forward Chinese Spirit, shocking audience’s visual sense and  their inner spirit. After watching the movie, everyone shows their determination  which is to work with more enthusiasm and in a more pragmatic work- style just  like the way to create “China Dream” in the movie.  

Albert Carlot who is in charge of VMS in WCPFC and Li Yan who is a  Tune-Working-Team expert from China Ocean Fisheries Association came to our  company to conduct guidance training about VMS operation on 26th March, 2018.  Some main representatives from Zhejiang tuna fishery enterprises attended this  training.  This training was for a comprehensive learning about VMS and  solutions for unusual reporting situation of ships’ positions. It not only  enhanced the understanding of regulatory policy about fishing vessels’  positions, but also improved the enterprises’ contractual and management  capacity. In a word, it is helpful for tuna industry’s orderly  development.
